Yoo-bi a Planner - Easy Ways to Spice Up Your Planner

When September rolls around, it means kids are back in school and moms are back in motion, but there’s no shortage of planning to-do and Yoobi is well aware of the need to always stay on top of your to-dos!

Don’t worry – it’s too early to start checking off your holiday shopping list JUST yet, but this is the time to start getting your thoughts, to-dos and finances in check before that time does roll around. The good news? Yoobi’s got you covered with the best ways to step your planner game up this fall.

The first place to start is with your tools - no planner is complete without a pack of gel pens to color coordinate or decorate. Start with Yoobi’s 12 pack or (better yet) 24 pack of gel pens to make sure you have all the colors you need! Some people like to write all their work reminders in one color and their personal reminders in another color. Paydays should be marked with green dollar signs, and your bills due dates should be marked with a red check mark.

Speaking of color coordination, there’s no better way to remember important dates than to highlight them with our adorable mini highlighters. With 10 different colors to choose from, there is no shortage of bright colors to draw your eyes to birthdays, anniversaries, or parties!

Depending on the thickness of your planner, you HAVE to have either binder clips or paper clips to hold your place. Planners are places that are supposed to keep our lives ultra-efficient, so flipping through pages to find the right day is a huge no-no!

Of course, every planner needs some awesome flair. What better way than some of Yoobi’s awesome i am OTHER stickers! These will give every day, week and month the pop of color, inspo and Yoobi-fication it desperately needs. (Speaking of days, months and weeks, check out these adorable monthly and weekly stickers if you have a DIY planner). The cutest way to divide between your work to-dos and personal to-dos is a line of washi tape. We love to use our community print washi tape to give our planner an obvious (and FUN) section divider – you can even fold them over themselves to make quick and easy monthly tabs!
