SHIPPING POLICY

Yoobi  generally ships via Fed Ex Smart Post as standard service. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We know you are excited to receive your product and we will work to insure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.

All orders placed before 12pm, PST are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.

Yoobi is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address. Should you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-855-YOOBI-US.

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship most orders via Fed Ex Smart Post.  You will normally receive your order within 5-7 business days. During certain times of the year, especially during August, September, November and December, there may be slight delays. Please review the Fedex.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Yoobi Sales, LLC is not responsible for any Fed Ex Smart Post shipping delays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you would like your items expedited, you have the option to select 2 Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping.

**For 2 Day Shipping, orders placed before 12pm PST will arrive 2 full business days later by 8pm. All other orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the following business day.

***For Next Day Shipping, orders placed before 12pm PST will arrive the following business day by 8pm. All other orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the following business day

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes addresses will be shipped via the Fed Ex Smart Post shipping method. The $7 standard shipping rate applies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders placed on Yoobi.com can only be shipped to US customers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order. If you have not recieved an order confirmation within 24 business hours, please contact customerservice@yoobi.com

MODIFYING AN EXISTING ORDER

Orders that have been placed but not yet shipped or are already en route unfortunately cannot be modified at this time. This includes making changes to your shipping address or adding / removing items from your order. 

TRACKING AND SHIPMENT

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you containing tracking information. Most orders are sent via FedEx Smart Post.
