Celebrating Kids with Holly Ave

Yoobi loves encouraging all things education, so in January, Yoobi teamed up with Holly Avenue Elementary school PTA to help celebrate some awesome kids in the community. Holly Elementary held a Read-a-thon at their school – a fun competition that encouraged students to read and log the books they had been reading. Knowing this, Yoobi donated an in-store DIY party to the top fifteen Holly Ave Read-a-thon students to congratulate them on a job well done!

These awesome kids received a special Yoobi goodie bag and got the opportunity to do a fun DIY mod podge activity using Yoobi tissue paper and glue. We cut Yoobi tissue paper into different shapes and the kids got to pick and choose which colors and designs they wanted on their very own candle holders!

Yoobi loves partnering with schools in our community! If you think your PTA would like to partner with Yoobi for an awesome event like this one, email events@yoobi.com.
