Shipping & Returns Policy

FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $25 or more!*
  • Standard Ground Shipping:  $4.99 flat-rate
  • Two Day Shipping:  $35 flat-rate**
  • Next Day Shipping:  $45 flat-rate***
*Order must total $25 or more after any discounts are applied and does not include tax. Does NOT apply to custom and bulk orders. 
ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

All orders placed before 11 am, PST are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00am US PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Yoobi Customer Service will contact you by email if the item(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. 

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

UNAVAILABLE/PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS 

If a product is unavailable, your credit card or other form of payment will be charged upon receipt of the order for the product(s). Orders will be fulfilled and shipped once available. If an order is placed with products currently available your order will only be shipped once all products within that order can be fulfilled.

SHIPPING

Yoobi uses Amazon Fulfillment Services, which generally ships via USPS or Amazon Logistics. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We know you are excited to receive your product and we will work to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.

You will normally receive your order within 5-10 business days. During certain times of the year, especially during July, August, September, November and December, there may be slight delays. Please review the USPS website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing.

Yoobi Sales, LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Yoobi is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address. Yoobi reserves the right to suspend or cancel fulfillment of a particular order for any reason, such as suspected unauthorized distribution. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you would like your items expedited, you have the option to select 2 Day Business Day Shipping or Next Business Day Shipping.

**For 2 Business Day Shipping, orders placed before 11 am PST will arrive 2 full business days after the order is processed. All other orders placed after 11 am PST will ship the following business day.

***For Next Business Day Shipping, orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day by 8pm. All other orders placed after 11am PST will ship the following business day

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes addresses will be shipped via USPS shipping method. The $7 standard shipping rate applies.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders placed on Yoobi.com can only be shipped to US customers.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 business hours, please contact customerservice@yoobi.com

MODIFYING AN EXISTING ORDER

Orders that have been placed but not yet shipped or are already en route unfortunately cannot be modified at this time. This includes making changes to your shipping address or adding / removing items from your order. 

TRACKING AND SHIPMENT

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you containing tracking information.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Yoobi products! If you do change your mind, Yoobi’s current refund policy permits a full refund for purchases of new, in packaging products within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, minus the cost of shipping. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All purchase transactions made through Yoobi.com are subject to Yoobi’s refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.  We may modify our refund policy from time to time so you should check these each time prior to making a purchase on the Site. For items to be eligible for a refund, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. We only process refunds for items purchased on Yoobi.com.  

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased on Yoobi.com are non-refundable.
 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

To return your product, please include your order number* and mail all Yoobi items to :

*Your five digit order number can be found on your original packing slip, for example : #10001 

You will be responsible for paying for the cost of shipping to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Yoobi cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse for your refund email confirmation to send. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.

Please note that, depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to apply to your account.
