The Role
As Senior Director, Brand & Customer Marketing, you'll lead the thinking that guides how our brands grow, connect with consumers, and win in the marketplace.
You'll serve as the steward of our brands, shaping brand and portfolio priorities while developing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand relevance, customer engagement, and business performance.
By connecting consumer insights, customer opportunities, and market trends, you'll help define where we focus, how we grow, and how our brands show up in the world.
Just as importantly, you'll help ensure our marketing creates value for our retail partners—developing strategies, stories, and activations that help retailers solve problems, drive category growth, and deliver meaningful experiences for their shoppers.
Working across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Licensing, and Operations, you'll bring together diverse perspectives to create clarity, alignment, and momentum—helping turn opportunities into growth and ideas into impact.
What You'll Own
Brand & Portfolio Leadership
You will serve as the steward of the Yoobi, Altitude, and future brand portfolios.
· Shape and evolve brand positioning, growth platforms, and portfolio priorities
· Translate consumer, customer, category, and market insights into opportunities for growth
· Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging areas of relevance
· Ensure consistency across brand expression, messaging, storytelling, and consumer experience
· Champion the long-term health, relevance, and differentiation of the portfolio
· Help guide strategic decisions through the lens of brand, consumer, customer, and business impact
Integrated Marketing Leadership
You will help bring our growth priorities to life.
· Develop integrated marketing plans that connect consumer needs, customer opportunities, and business priorities
· Establish campaign priorities, messaging frameworks, and activation strategies
· Guide how our brands show up across retail, digital, social, influencer, partnership, and communication channels
· Ensure consistency and alignment across consumer touchpoints and customer experiences
· Help prioritize marketing investments across channels to maximize brand impact and business results
· Partner with internal teams and external resources to ensure marketing programs are delivering against growth objectives
· Use performance insights and business results to continuously refine marketing priorities, investment decisions, and future plans
Customer Marketing & Marketplace Leadership
You will help ensure our brands create value for both consumers and customers.
· Develop customer-facing narratives grounded in consumer, category, and market understanding
· Translate brand and consumer insights into customer marketing strategies and activation opportunities
· Identify emerging trends and opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and growth
· Partner with Sales to develop compelling stories that help retailers solve problems and win within their categories
· Help ensure marketing investments and activation plans support both consumer demand and customer objectives
· Strengthen retailer relevance by connecting consumer needs with category, assortment, and shopping opportunities
Team Leadership
You will help build a high-performing team.
· Lead marketing resources across digital, content, and activation
· Create clarity, alignment, and momentum across initiatives
· Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
