American Education Week

November 15th-19th, 2021 is American Education Week!

This week is for celebrating all of those who work in the public school community including educators, administrators, bus drivers, and more. 

Take the time to express your appreciation for public school workers in a variety of ways this week. Maybe it’s a simple thank you. Or maybe it’s bringing them some sweet holiday treats to share on Thanksgiving. You could even give them a gift of Yoobi supplies to make their classroom all the more fun!

Millions of kids in the United States do not have fundamental school supplies to learn and be successful. This affects not only their school work––it affects their confidence. So, teachers step in and spend their own money to make sure students can learn. Yoobi want to help alleviate the burden on teachers and school districts, and level the playing field so all kids have an equal shot at learning. 

Yoobi partners with the Kids In Need Foundation (KINF) to work at ensuring that every child is prepared to learn and succeed by providing free school supplies nationally to under-resourced students. With KINF's incredible resources and amazing partnership, we distribute Yoobi Classroom Packs to elementary schools across the U.S. where 70% or more of students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals through the National School Lunch Program. 

For every Yoobi item purchased, we will donate a school supply item to a child in need right here in the U.S.*!
